QBQ! the Question Behind the Question: Practicing Personal Accountability at Work and in Life by John G. Miller

3.0

I'm not sure this needed a whole book written about it. The thesis is fairly simple (not a bad thing), and there were a couple of anecdotes that illustrated the point, but there were also extraneous 'chapters' made up of a single thought.

The point of the book is rather than looking for a solution to a problem elsewhere, make the change yourself. Become the solution. And there are stories too, if you still want to read the book.
