I listened to this in audio format. For the most part, I enjoyed it. It gets off to a slow start, beginning with a near-death experience, which I thought was kind of cliché. However, as you move into the gist of what the book is about, I liked it more. Some major themes are personal accountability, being proactive, mindful activity that you enjoy. Key takeaways...wake up early! Spend one hour of that early morning to do things that improve/develop you in ways that you determine.
