2-2.5 ⭐️ I really wanted to like this, especially since I enjoyed Elise Kova’s *Air Awakens* series. There were some interesting moments, but too many times I found myself scratching my head, wondering, "What the heck?" The book had plenty of great ideas, but the relationship building fell flat, and Faelyn was frustratingly fickle. Overall, it just didn’t come together for me.
