On Anarchism by Noam Chomsky

4.0

A fairly accessible read, though there are many references to historical events that are, according to the author, rarely referenced in western education - thus making it rather difficult to follow.

My main take aways are the clear definitions of: anarchism & communism; American libertarianism & European libertarianism; the historical intervention of western powers into anarchistic governments and collectives; as well as the, at least in this book, poorly defined structures that would be placed in anarchist communities.
