I base this rating on the nostalgic love I hold for this book that I read sometime in the early 90s. I am not sure if it would still hold up, as I am reading the graphic novel of the first two books and finding it duller than I remembered.
There are certain ages when one should read certain works, as well as contexts. The 13-14 year old me seemed the target audience for these stories.
