Give and Take's rate of contributing five stars shares my high recommendation of the book. I find it completely admirable how its entirety is reinforcement for the givers though a part of it also discusses the matchers and takers, most especially the latter for preventive measures. My high recommendation directs to the workforce for I believe that complete awareness of the three types of reciprocity will be very beneficial for work.
The strengths of the book are its seemingly reliable usage of researches and life experiences inducing a confident ambiance for its core messages, diversified and decent analysis of the givers, takers, and matchers, and comes last is its genuinely excellent relay of explanations and guides that aim to bolster and reinforce the givers. Fragments of weakness can be found on the writing approach due to slight repetitions and its lack of focus on other aspects but they're incredibly overshadowed.
