Really enjoyed this book, a good look into the less talked about societal expectations of women. I have no plans of becoming a mother myself, as I fear I would be similar to Leda, perhaps worse. These things are taboo to think of, let alone say, for women all the way up to the recent generations. It's made me grateful to be able to make this choice to stay childfree and unmarried. The quality of the writing is excellent!
