The Invisible Husband of Frick Island by Colleen Oakley

4.0

After finishing this I felt like if searched up the characters I’d find out that they were real people. The characters sometimes made decisions that were stupid and looked bad but that made them so much more realistic and relatable. Something about the way the mc was just a little bit bored with his life sometimes and how he always ended up in the thinking spiral of “why do we do anything?” made the story a lot more interesting to me (even though it probably made it boring to some people). I was under the impression that the book was going to be the sixth-sense vibes but it ended up being a lot simpler and realistic than that. Anyways, solid read.
