Reminders of Him by Colleen Hoover

4.0

This would have been perfect if we got to read Scotty’s parents point of view. Most of the book I felt like nothing was really happening, but from 70% the story started picking up.

I did feel for Kenna all this time, and I loved her character so much. But the other ones didn’t really feel like they had their own stories and developments, so it lacked a bit for me there. The past was incredibly done, and in the end, it did made me feel for everyone involved in this situation. Of course I did end up loving Ledger, and most importantly, Diem is the cutest character in this book!

It’s not my favorite by CoHo, but it made me sob anyway, so it is a four star read. God, I love her writing, please Colleen never stop writing books.

Side note: her author’s notes and acknowledgements ALWAYS make me weep, they are so perfect.
