I listened to the audiobook version of Echo and I'm glad I did! The musical extras added so much to the story. The three main stories were intriguing, each dealing with different kinds of real-life issues and discrimination faced by people at the time. Although they did each leave off during a cliffhanger, it was nice to see how they all came together in the end and provided resolution. This book was really well-written and included a lot of heavy issues for a children's book, but in a realistic yet optimistic way. I really enjoyed it.
