Books featuring Iron Age celts! What more could one want?
First off I didn't enjoy the fact that Rhian's fear of having sex was miraculously cured by being in some sense forced to have sex for a religious ritual. That just didn't sit right with me. Also, the character development just wasn't there enough for me with how long the book was. As for the historical bits, those were pretty interesting.
I will consider reading the next one seeing as I bought it in the hopes that it improves.
