I'm sorry, how are people reviewing this book in a calm and sane manner? THIS BOOK IS WHAT HIGH SCHOOL ME DREAMED OF.
Imagine if BBC Sherlock were actually, canonically gay. Larger-than-life genius killers like Moriarty and bad-ass heroes like John Watson, except super gay. I'm not saying this is fanfiction, because it's definitely not, but it feels so reminiscent of everything I've ever wanted my favorite TV shows and movies to be.
I don't normally consider it a compliment to call books "cinematic," but this book made me feel like I was inside an action movie. It's well-written, well-plotted, intelligent, and just ahhhhh so many feeeeeels.
