The Creator by Neil Carstairs

5.0

I had the pleasure of beta reading this latest book from Neil Carstairs.
A desk jockey is thrown into a world of violence and horror he's only seen through a screen and on paper. His reputation of having an 'open mind' is severely tested as monsters come alive and he fights alongside military personnel to stop a threat which could end life as we know it. Dead creatures out of nightmares stalk the world and children on both sides of the Atlantic hold the key to the defeat of an ages old evil.
Bloody and violent, a large cast of characters fight and many pay the ultimate price for their stand against the darkness. Well written and gritty, this book shows all sides of human characteristics, from love and sacrifice, to courage, hope and fear. if you like your supernatural horror with a side dish of heroics and just a smudge of romance, try this one.
