4/13: okay so i finished this yesterday & im still struggling to figure out what i want to rate it but i think im gonna say 2 stars. there were parts of this book that i liked, but there was also a lot more that didn’t like:
1) i hated hannah (and i mean HATED) and the conflict with her became so competitive that the second half of the book was difficult to get through
2) ares just was very confusing and i didn’t love the way he treated raven
3) there were a lot of scenes in this book that just straight up made me severely uncomfortable
4) i just think this isn’t particularly well written so to combine that with the plot elements that didn’t hit made this a bit of a miss for me
