Debating between 3.5-4 stars.
Finally finished this series! I think the beginning was a little too slow, and the ending wrapped up too fast. By far the most interesting part of all these books were the characters, particularly the relationship between Cress and Theo.
Like I said, I would have loved for the ending to be longer, because the final battle was way too short and easy after a build up of three books, and I really wanted to see more of the aftermath with different countries and some of the characters.
Still, a fun series that was easy to digest and get invested in, with strong female role models to get behind. Will definitely look forward to reading more of this author in the future!
