Now this is a story all about how Locky’s life got flipped, turned upside down. And rather than becoming the prince of a town called Bel Air, he gets convinced to chase his dream of opening a late night bakery.
Enter: Benedict. The business manager with problem following through. Once the business is open, that’s it. Nothing like a clean break. Until Locky.
This story is both sweet and spicy, with both Locky and Benedict supporting each other through their issues to
make their respective businesses successful, and strong.
As the relationship between the two develops, we see a fair amount of spicy romance, a bit more kink than the last book by Drakes, and Locky really coming out of his shell (pun not intended) to give Benedict what he needs as well as prove to himself that he is strong and capable.
While I didn’t enjoy this as much as the first book in this universe, it provides a good, well rounded story, just the right about of cream pies, and some well timed laughs thrown in for good measure
