This one is not quite as good as Ravishing the Heiress, but I adored Hastings and his daughter, and I really enjoyed the way Thomas used Helena's amnesia to develop their relationship (and make her realize she wasn't actually in love with Mr. Martin ).
Thomas's writing is so decadent and delicious. It is a pleasure to spend time in the world she's created, and I am definitely planning on reading more by her. These books have been slow burn, but when the couples do get around to having sex, it is WILDLY hot - truly scorching.
