As someone who loves angst, this was good and angsty. I do think it took a bit too long for Vere to get over himself and admit his feelings, but it didn't feel too rushed by the time it happened. I do wish that there had been an epilogue or something so we could see how all of the characters from the series ended up. Overall, an enjoyable read. Their wedding night literally had me crying at my desk at work (and trying to make sure no one could see that I was crying LOL)
