This graphic novel is intriguing—beautiful artwork, compelling short story in an alternate universe or future earth that loses its sun. I wasn’t sure I understood why everything kind of wrapped up nicely with a bow on it at the end. It seemed too simple, too trite. It was a story of hope so that was the goal I suppose. I liked the intertwining of the two love stories in the past and present. I’d recommend the book but I wouldn’t rave about it.
