Evil Enemy by Elle Thorpe

4.5

A delightful addition to Elle Thorpe's Saint View series, featuring witty banter and strong chemistry between Eve and Boston. It was nice to hear Boston’s story.  (This is a Male/Female story)

The humorous dialogue balances the serious themes, making the romance enjoyable and the steamy scenes well-executed. Elle has a gift for writing sex scenes.  Although the pacing is steady and character development is prioritized, some readers may find the stakes lower than in other installments, not as much tension.

It is seperate from the other Saint View series, however it has characters from them. So this is set at the same timeline as the prison series, like a side book and should be read after it.  Things that happened in that series where mention here, but remember this is Boston and Eve’s story.

The book leaves several questions unanswered, teasing potential developments for future stories and keeping readers intrigued. Overall, "Evil Enemy" may not reach the thrilling heights of its predecessors, but it offers entertainment and further establishes Thorpe's talent for creating memorable characters and romance. Fans of the series will appreciate this installment.

Their story doesn’t end in a cliffhanger but the epilogue is Fawn, so yes maybe the next book in this series will be her story.
