challenging
emotional
medium-paced
Plot or Character Driven:
A mix
Strong character development:
Yes
Loveable characters:
Yes
Diverse cast of characters:
Yes
Flaws of characters a main focus:
No
What I liked:
- The relationship between Asher, Celeste and Naya
- The relationship between Adam & his fathers
- The relationship between the adults
- The very concept of Naya and Adam’s connection and the end of their story
What bothered me:
- The first half was a bit boring and the story did drag at times, despite a rather eventful chunk around halfway through
- Everything was a bit too obvious (everything with Dov… come on)
- The true crime aspect the story takes is developed a bit naively/simply and if it seems interesting at first, it loses its appeal once it gets lengthy
