It was a really good book and I definitely recommend but I was never completely drawn into the book. A good book should pull you in and surround you in its story but I always felt distant from this book’s characters.
Certain parts definitely pulled me close and I truly did love the book but wish the author had written more of the characters thoughts. It would have help the reader connect to each of the many characters you switch through as you read.
