This Christmas by Jane Green, Liz Ireland, Jennifer Coburn

2.0

Ugh. Compilation books like this are typically tough. Jane Green's story was cute and simple but had next to nothing to do with Christmas. Jennifer Coburn's was unreadable. 10 pages in there were already so many characters thrown at me I had zero clue what was going on and was not about to restart a story that is already less than 100 pages. Liz Ireland's was definitely my favorite. I feel like it was most worthy of being a full novel length and I enjoyed a number of the characters in a very short time. Plus it had more Christmas focus which is what you would hope to expect in a Christnas themed anthology. All in all, I probably wouldn't recommend this one to most people but it is a quick read, very simplistic and straightforward, but lacking in the Christmas cheer I was hoping for.
