A feel good romance that discusses the death of a parent and a cheating partner.

Fall Apart was such a fun read. Forced proximity is always a favourite for me, but add in grumpy mountain men and strong female leads and I’m hooked. Forest’s On the Slopes series has been such a fun read so far and it has me hyped for the next book to release.

Clay Chapman and Lizzy Frank are such an adorable pair. While reluctant to have anything to do with each other due to their tendency to drive each other nuts, they couldn’t be better matched. The pair balance each other out perfectly between Clay’s ability to show Lizzy she’s perfect the way she is and Lizzy’s determination to show Clay that, while you may want to control everything in your life, you can’t, and that is okay.

I definitely enjoyed this one. If you read and liked the first book in the series and are thinking of reading this one, it’s worth it. For those coming across this book and looking for a good skiing romance, I’d recommend starting with the first book of the series as it will give you a basis of who some of the characters are. Please keep in mind the series does contain sexual content in case that’s not for you.
