This is the second book in the Cozyverse, a shared world between between two authors (Emilia Emerson and Elianna Lee). This is a cozy (I know, not my normal) small-town omegaverse story that is high on sweetness and spice and low on angst.

The Lovely: I loved how the pack came together to court the FMC after a heat related event. While two of the MMCs were in an established relationship, the third MMC was completely new to them. I enjoyed seeing the three of them bond as much as I did with the FMC.
The Mundane: The pacing felt unsteady to me at times. It was like it would be clipping right along, I was engaged, and then all the sudden it would drag for a while.
Recommendation: This book is full of cozy winter vibes and spice. The stakes are pretty low - the conflict or struggle was really intrapersonal to the FMC, and how that impacted her relationship with the pack. This, like the first book, can be read as a standalone. This series has been picked up to be published traditionally. Books three and four are expected to be released in 2026.
