Sick Kids in Love by Hannah Moskowitz
5.0
4.5 I really enjoyed this. I quickly bought into the reality of their lives with chronic illness. At times their discussions seemed so mature and wise it was hard to accept them as teens, but on reflection teens with serious illnesses would be more mature and would contemplate things other teens wouldn't. I loved that the MC's were Jewish New Yorkers and that Queens and Manhattan featured in the book. I loved that two kids could find that steady, drumbeat kind of love instead of the frenzied and unrealistic kind to often found in ya romance.
