This was a powerful story, made even more powerful by the information in the afterword about how the story came to be.  This is a piece of art that we have the honor and privilege to enjoy in our homes, at the gym, at work, etc.  A fascinating exploration into the artistry of storytelling, and audiobook potential as well.  The plot is dark but powerful and beautiful.  What a beautiful resurrection, these babies born into the ocean, born from such horrors.  I’d love to learn more about the stories of many of the characters, but by keeping the story short, it’s able to be forceful and assertive with pain, without being overwhelming.  Truly a work of art.  Everyone go listen to clipping. now as well!!!
