I don’t love a 3rd act breakup over miscommunication,
but the other parts of this book were cute. Hate-to-love trope done well with great banter. I appreciate the chronic illness rep, and how seamlessly Red takes to that part of caring for Chloe. (Actually DNF’d this book last year due to the vast difference in tone and feeling of the writing of sex scene versus all the other cute, witty writing. Still a problem second time around, I just ignored it tbh)
