“You’re fucking beautiful when you’re pointing a dagger at me.”
I can’t find the words to properly describe how I am feeling about this book. In Vesselless, we are given POVs from two main characters (+ another bonus POV later on) Nizzara and Daegan, both with complicated pasts. Their actions throughout the book speak for who they WANT to be, both torn and conflicted with what they must do. Superb world building, political intrigue with multiple plots, unique magic system with spirits and a duel to choose her fate.
“Someone once told me we can choose not to be monsters”
So many things left unanswered and a cliffhanger of a lifetime. I can’t wait to read what happens to our characters in book 2!
