Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen by Christopher McDougall

adventurous hopeful informative inspiring lighthearted reflective slow-paced

3.5

for me, everything i wanted out of the book was from chapters 27 and on, which is like towards the very last quarter. The true evidence and core “HOW TO RUN” is in this latter section and it’s what i personally wanted the most.

it’s informative and fascinating even though sections feel very long at times. I think it did well as an audiobook, but I physical copy to reference back to would be nice too.
