Thank you to the author and her PR team for gifting me with an arc in exchange for an honest review

Sara Cate is an auto buy/read author for me. Anything she writes – I will read it. So this review may be a little biased!

Sage Aster’s dream was to own & run local sex club Pink with her boyfriend Brett. But the reality is that she’s constantly undervalued, overlooked and ignored in order for Brett to turn a bigger profit.

Adam Goode was raised by his preacher father to take his place in the local community & family business when he retires. But after learning some of his father's dirty secrets, and the realisation that his life has never really been his, Adam decides to break out of his ‘Goode’ image.

Together Sage & Adam decide to take a unique a type of revenge on the people who have wronged them. They fake date. From the outside they couldn’t be more wrong for each other. But when they decide that their ruse should include releasing sex tapes, the boundaries they placed start getting a little blurry.

I loved this. Cate writes kinky romance really well and this was no exception. We had degradation, a bit of impact play, spit play, exhibitionism, as well our main couple enjoying recording their exploits to share with others.

As I’ve come to learn with this author she balances heavier topics within her stories so beautifully. Please check the content warnings before reading as there are things that could be triggering for some readers (especially relating to religious trauma/guilt and homophobia)

Overall I had great time with this book, it delivered exactly what I wanted and I can’t wait to see what the author has in store for the rest of the Goode brothers!

P.S -Can I be in Gladys & Sage’s book club please?
