Another great novel from the master of crime fiction. In this chapter of the Raylan Givens series, Harry Arno has been kidnapped. Three men want to extort his money, the only problem is the three can't trust each other. It's up to Deputy Marshal Givens to find Harry and take out the bad guys. Raylan has now become one of my favorite characters ever. It's problematic that he works outside the law, but only when he has to. The three villains are great. Bobby Deo is terrifying but complacent. Chip Ganz is a lazy pothead slimeball. Louis Lewis is a chill yet cold blooded killer. This is a step up from Pronto and I can't wait to make my way through this series.
