This one took me a while to get through as it was honestly kind of drug out.
They have been friends for ten years and best friends for almost as long. He’s best friends with her brother also. Yet it took him ten whole years to years and living together to realize he was head over heels for her? Hmm lol
Overall though their romance blossoming in “real time” was beautiful. I also really liked that the disability of mental health struggles with obsessive tendencies was displayed and while he was initially in denial when it clicked for him he immediately made an appointment for therapy as he realized that this was the EXACT scenario he was opening his charity with Beckett for.
Maeve has her own insecurities as well and they are displayed and worked through.
Together though they make a beautiful couple and I really truly enjoyed their love story ❤️
This beautiful book was brought to life duet style by Vanessa Edwin and Robert Hatchet and it they were so perfect for these characters! ❤️
