To Shape a Dragon's Breath by Moniquill Blackgoose

Did not finish book. Stopped at 41%.
It just really didn't have enough action for me, felt too mundane even with the dragon aspect. Loved the insight to culture and the characters but I don't want to drag myself along anymore for a book that isn't really my cup of tea.
