Rewire Your Ocd Brain: Powerful Neuroscience-Based Skills to Break Free from Obsessive Thoughts and Fears by William H. Youngs, Catherine M. Pittman

informative slow-paced

3.75

Overall good info. I found it to be very repetitive however. The first 3-4 chapters were kind of a slog for me, personally. It got more helpful towards the end. Also might be more helpful to others depending on how much you’ve already learned about the brain and OCD. Personally, I’d consider this worth the time to read because it’s short - but I don’t think I gained as much insight and knowledge as I was looking for.
