Kristen consistently writes great love stories. When We Break follows a Skyla, a heroine in danger, who escapes a stalker by relocating to a small town in Montana. She is just trying to live a life where she is not constantly in fear but what she finds is so much more. She finds a sense of belonging, a found family, and Beckett.
Skyla is such a strong FMC, she is trying to form this new life after having her future in dance taken away from her, and she doesn't let anyone else's opinions sway her. Beckett was a dreamy MMC, he's protective and caring. From the moment Beckett sees Skyla, he falls fast and hard. I knew Beckett was going to be a great book boyfriend when always took Skyla's dog into consideration.
This was such a great addition to the series, and I cannot wait for Connor and Bill's story!
