This was great on audio. I really loved how many perspectives we got in order to fully build this world and I found it so impactful that there were facts about our current carceral system throughout. Whenever you felt overwhelmed with the violence of the fiction, there was a reminder of parallel violence upheld by our current society which was just really well done!
