That was a ride. 3.75 ⭐ overall.
When I first read the book, it made me wonder if I'd be able to finish it. The happenings were cringe for me at times but the funny parts saved it for me. At the 50% mark, I thought the story was getting better that my mind was going in between 4 - 4.5 stars. However, at 75% the story started becoming so predictable the cringe feeling I felt came back. I am half guilty for skimming their dialogues at the 97% mark.
It was fun. I loved the banter between the characters. I think the author did a really good job with that but the execution of the overall story was lacking for me. I will still give it 3.75 ⭐ because the writing was easy for me to read and imagine.
