I am having trouble giving this a rating and writing about it... I had to really sit with it.

Her writing style is very approachable and relatable, and her narration is excellent. It really adds to her storytelling.

I do not understand anyone who reviews this book and is surprised that the subject matter is dark in this book CONSIDERING THE TITLE. That said, it's pretty dark.
