I enjoyed this novel. Various pieces of popular music were carefully selected by the author and cleverly referred to at various points in the narrative to enhance the storyline. Essentially this is a romance novel set in the 2000s with pop culture references throughout. I found it difficult to get into this book but by the halfway point I was really enjoying it.
