Black Rabbit Hall by Eve Chase
5.0

But only because I have a deep love for all the gothic drama you can throw at me - knowing this bias, my rating isn't very objective. Reminiscent of other favorite stories ("Rebecca", "Rules of Civility", anything by Carol Goodman) this was truly atmospheric, splitting the depths of time into so many fractions you aren't quite sure if we've entered a wormhole to the past, or if the past has finally caught up to the present. When Black Rabbit Hall finds its way under your skin, you will be sad to let it go.
