I picked up this book as my first ever classic to read outside of school. Honestly, I would say that the English was difficult to understand, since it was from a different era, but overall, pretty nice. Would mainly recommend it if you want a more slow-paced, relaxing book to just read while relaxing. Since I struggled to understand the old English, what I did was read it with an audio book reading it back to me. Worked wonders, surprisingly. I went from finished 115 pages in two to three weeks to finishing the rest of the book in a week-ish. Overall, though, the story was really nice. Not epic or phenomenal, but Jane Austen's writing does show skill, and I enjoyed the story.
