A great book to read if you want a fun, quick read. The characters all were interesting in different ways and I like all the different point of views.
Anyone who likes this book, I'd recommend All The Lonely People by Mike Gayle. Similar vibes, a great story.
It's a bit stereotypical in that you know somehow of course the community center will be saved but it's still good.
Also I wished Daphne and Art stayed purely friends, but I'm glad they're at least not in a proper relationship.
I wish we had more about Art' s daughter, still not clear why she hates him so much.
Loved Maggie the dog and the nativity play, very nice to see older people being inclusive with it too.
Ziggy is great, nice to see a young single Dad rather than a Mum, plus him still going to university is great.
