Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice
2.0
I had to force myself a little through this one. First of all, I've seen the movie, so I new all the plot twists. Second of all, it's more gloomy and pensive than the vampire books I read for fun. Interview seemed to go in the direction of more Dostoevsky than fluff, kickass Charlaine Harris or Jeaniene Frost. So if you want to go all serious about vampire business, analyze moral dilemmas and get a mouthful of inner monologue - go for it. Otherwise, jut watch movie, it's more fun.
