What a fascinating person Patti Smith is. Her photographs and short, often poetic captions give us a sense of her, but she is far too complex to fully understand. Many of the photos deal with artists and authors who are gone, her true family and her family of musicians, and philosophy about nature and life in general. Such an interesting mix.
