The Nothing Man by Catherine Ryan Howard

4.5

This book is like a true crime podcast meets an episode of Criminal Minds. Eve was a child when a serial killer murdered her family. Now an adult, Eve has written a best-selling book detailing everything she knows about the yet-to-be-caught perpetrator.

The telling of the story is so unique, and I was immediately drawn in. Rather than spending the entire book trying to figure out who the killer might be, readers are introduced to him immediately. Details of his crimes are revealed as he feverishly reads through the book, and he quickly begins to unravel.

The story has a slower pace since it's less about the action and more about getting inside the mind of a criminal and revealing interesting details along the way. It certainly does not lag , though! This book is completely captivating and easily bingeable! I definitely recommend to those who enjoy the true crime/psychological thriller genre!
