I just finished reading the second book in the Chemical Garden series, Fever, and I can't wait to read the last one!
The titles of each book are perfect for the content of the books, like how Rose and Jenna withered away in Wither. In this book, you have both Rhine and Gabriel suffering from a fever. And the way Lauren wrote the scenes where Rhine was sick were amazingly trippy and I loved reading them.
The surprise at the end was awesome and it has me really excited to read the next book!
Fever was an awesome book considering it was the second in a trilogy! Some series tend to loose their OOMPH in the second book for me, and this one had me reading without wanting to put it down, just like the first. Sever, no doubt, will be an awesome final book for this series!
