I really like this book! It follows the stories of 4 of Baba Segi’s wives, firstly focusing on his last wife who is a young educated woman and the upheaval that she brings to the home. As the other wives try to get her to leave and she tries to figure herself. As her husband pushes her to have children and “figure out why she is barren” the family begins to divide and secrets come to light.
