A Photo Finish by Elsie Silver
5.0
Is it cliche for me to start every one of my Elsie book reviews with, “Elsie Silver has done it again!” ??? Because that’s exactly how I feel.
Her books are all so wholesome and heartwarming (with the perfect amount of spice).
It was fun getting to go back in time to read Violet Eatons story and how she met Cole! These characters are SO complex and perfect! I can’t wait to read the rest of the series!
4.75 ⭐️ Only because I don’t feel like we got much of Cole’s day-to-day with the mining business. The story didn’t feel incomplete by any means, but I kind of wanted to know more about his daily life. I guess it just wasn’t his #1 priority in the story so we didn’t get to learn much about it.
