I love Dacre with all my heart. I kind of wish we got more in the fighting sequence and Verena defeating her father. Overall this was an easy romantasy read to follow and I think a good series to start off with bc there’s not too much world building and not too many side characters to follow. The first book in this series will always be my fave. The tension of enemies to lovers between Verena and Dacre was so good in that first book. I would love to see a spin off book of wren and Kai’s story 😍
